Post Valentine's Day Healthy Eats!

Now that you've OD'ed on chocolate and conversation hearts, let's get the sugar out of our systems with some healthy eats! Of course, since this is VegWeb, that doesn't mean boring, bland, or tasteless. Instead, it's incredible whole foods that fill you up and don't give you the sugar shakes! Which, granted, are very delicious, but not practical for every day living. 

Let's dive in to rich soups and crisp salads. Oooh, and curry! And pizza! Who else is starving?? Let's get busy.

Reduce or limit refined carbohydrates and sugar intake, avoid caffeine and other stimulants, limit dairy products and red meat....
