New bunny needs a name

We had a new bunny brought to our home last night by the cruelty officer from the local shelter (we foster rabbits for them). He's white and cream colored and very fiesty. Though I imagine that is because kids pulled his nails out with pliers.
We need a name for him! After years of fostering we find ourselves getting short on names. Any ideas?
maybe calico? or.....hummmm....I shall think on this more. Pics?
Thats so sad about his nails! can they grow back? I'm glad he is safe and sound with you now. I think he'll need lots of love therapy.
Name him Mr. Bun, after Susie's toy rabbit in Calvin and Hobbes. :)
And that is terrible how he was mistreated. At least he has loving care now.
Ok, so I like to look up names and I have my sources.
Boy names it is!
Scottish:
Fingal - a fair stranger
Calum - dove
Iagan - the little fiery one
Celtic:
Caradoc - beloved
Drew - courageous
Fionn - white, fair
Kent - bright, white
Tristram - sad
Gaelic:
Banning - blond child
Farquhar - the dear one
Finian - fair or white
Garvey - from the rough place
WHAT?! Fucking kids!!!! >:(
How about Engelbert!!!!
You're probably think I'm a dork, but this just popped into my mind. So, call him Jake so he can be a Jake rabbit instead of a jack rabbit.
;D ;D ;D Hey I thought it was cool.
Hoptastic would be a good bunny name :P
Ricardo
Dennis Hopper!
Pancakes!
Sorry, the OC was a huge guilty pleasure for me. (That's what Summer named the bunny that she liberated from the animal testing facility at Brown.)
I'm assuming that someone over the years also was named Bunnicula. That is the obvious choice for me.
So you say he's feisty. Call him Turbo. That's how I named my dog, cause his tail was always wagging super fast, and I love saying "whoa, slow down there turbo."
I am happy to hear you got a new bunny. I really hate people mistreat animals especially bunny because I was born in the year of rabbit I guess. I used to have three bunny. Bunnybunny (because I yelled at him when he was naughty.) Ladybunny (she was very ladylike) Bunkababy (she was a holland lap and when she run, her ears will flopped up and down.) I think when you have your bunny a while a name will come up naturally.
here is a link to a dandybun's journal. His two foots the one with no fur on top is my husband's friend. http://dandybun.livejournal.com/ I thought you might enjoy it too.
Shaolin.
any of these would be cute...

loooved that book! ha!
I had a rabbit long ago I named Gimpy. yeah, I know, I know.. she had no limp herself, but you see we got her at the same time that my brother-in-law broke his foot and my sister had been teasing him. For some reason, I thought it was a really cute name and no one stopped me.
other than that I don't know.. Chester McBunnerson, Duke of Hopperton?
I'm no good with names.
I love all the ideas! Normally, I name the rabbits that come in with people names. My husband likes fun pet names. We sometimes have to compromise-Dilly for example is a combination of Daisy and Dill (pickle).
We really like Garvey or Pancake! There will be a special place in my heart for Duke of Hopperton-I'll be sure to remember that one! We've had a Mr. Sheffield and Mr. Kensington.
Pendragon-Don't be ashamed of your OC obsession! You should have heard the names while Season 1 of Veronica Mars was on!!!
Monsieur Bunny (pronounced Boo-nay with a french accent)
That's hysterical! We have a cat named Kittay!! ;D
How about Fluffernutter??
Bugs E. Malone (which was Bugs Bunny's full name. Well, OK--if it wasn't, it shoulda been.)
Lappy (short for lapinou, "bunny" in French)
Reilley....because I like it
Pipkin
and of course, Hopalong Cassidy.
Bunnicula!!! ahahahahaha! i remember those books!!!
