To those who knew about my cat...

I just wanted to say thank you for all the thoughts on her...
Unfortunately last night she passed away. We were rushing her to the MSPCA Angell. When we got there she wasnt moving..the vet took her right in and said she was sorry...She lived 9 1/2 years...lost her battle to feline luekemia. She will be missed. And always loved..
She finally gets to go outside..(she was an indoor cat..) The cremation place owns a giant open feild that they are scattering her ashes..so she gets to play outside and make many new friends...

I don't think I knew her, but I'm very sorry for your loss.
She was an unbelieveably soft, cuddly, and LOUD cat..her purring was so loud sometimes we could barely hear the tv...i still keep thinking shes going to come out from somewhere as if she were sleeping..It is one of the toughest things about being a pet owner....

I'm so sorry for your loss. My cat died a week ago tomorrow. I keep looking to his favorite chair in the dining room, expecting him to be there, all stretched out and waiting for a pet. I know how hard it is, and you have my sympathies.
I just got done laundry and i almost expected her to come out and lay on it..she loved fresh warm laundry.. :'( I was hoping staying busy would keep my mind off of it..
it will get better in time..it just takes an adjustment. We are having our other two cats tested for feline leukemia..Apparently there is a primary leukemia..which just happens in cats..and a secondary, which can be passed in between cats..She went so fast that I dont think we can handle losing two more that fast.
She fell ill on thursday-taken to the vet. brought home sunday, rushed to the emergency vet yesterday...and passed away.
So we will definately be getting the other two in asap to be tested.
We have one cat that is 2 1/2(peri) and hes just lost right now. She was his best friend..
And pewter..well shes pretty much whatever in the situation..she prefers to be an only cat..and those two sometimes fought.
I'im so sorry hun. my prayers are with you.
I didn't know her but may memories of her comfort you. May she rest in peace.

Thank you all very much...i think it is just going to take some adjustment time. i still do things expecting her to come around..im sure that after time..that wont happen as much. she was a very special kitty to all of us in this household. We actually printed up a picture and ordered a plaque to put on our wall.
some say we love our animals too much..i say there isnt such a thing!
I'm so sorry about your kitty. I just lost my beloved ferret a week and a half ago, I know how you feel. It's rough, but they're in a better place, and we'll see them again eventually.
