i have  the book cake angels dairy and gluten free cookbook  temporarily but i simply can't make the recipes work without the eggs i am not vegan just can't eat eggs wheat or dairy. i have attempted the bakewell cupcakes twice to get  half cooked cupcaks which have butter seeping out of the bottom of them.the only other recipe i have tried didn't rise at all and was really dense. i am replacing the eggs with flaxseed a 1;3 ratio i don't use egg replacer as it does nothing.any cheap ideas??
