Hemp Nut Cookbook

I was just given this cookbook for my b-day along with a 5 pound bag of hemp nut and 2 big bottles of hemp oil. The recipes in it are all vegan and sound GOOD. Has anyone else heard of it or made anything from it?
So far I've only made the Baba Ganouj and it's delicious. A bit too lemony and I forgot to toast the hemp nut :P but it's still a great celery dip.
Ooooh! I want to get this cookbook! Could you say who the author is? I have made the Hemp-a-nola from EDV and the Hempseed Hamburgers on here are freakin delicious!

Richard Rose and Brigitte Mars are the authors. There aren't any pictures in the book but I'm still loving it. I have seen the pic of your hempseed burger on VW and it looks beautiful!

It was a great present! Last year I was given a 5 lb bag of fresh, organic Medjool dates. That present was the shit! :hotforyou:

Perhaps I shall try and pick up some helpnut at the HFS and try it per your recommendation!
I just made the hempnut pancakes and they were really good! They were kind of dense but they had great flavor. Awesome with all fruit blackberry spread ;)b
