Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any advice for which vegan cookbooks are the best for low fat or fat free cooking? I typically don't like to use oil in any of my recipes, and usually I just adapt recipes to suit my own palate, but I thought someone might have a tip about a health-conscious vegan cookbook! I already have vegan planet (and love it :) )
The McDougall cookbooks are always vegan and never include oil or added fats.
I am currently writing a cookbook as well, with many lowfat recipes. Good luck!
