Made my first vegan meal

I made chickpea lentil wraps they were so good and I just threw it together on my own.

I used 

1 (15oz) can chickpeas

1 cup lentils

2 cups water

Pampered Chef Chipolte Rub

soy sauce

winchestshire sauce

half onion

1 carrot 

1 celery 

I cooked the lentils in the 2 cups of what covered. Then I diced the onion carrot celery and put them in a pan with a little bit of olive oil and cooked them until the onions were clear. Then I added two garlic cloves and the soy and wischeshire sauce. I added the chickpeas and cooked that for about 10 mins. I then mixed the lentils in and poured over whole wheat tortilla. I put some roasted red pepped hummus on the tortilla as well.

All in all it was a great first vegan meal I really enjoyed it.

I just love what you have put in this recipe here. You really did an amazing job with it. I see so many trying this recipe in the future here. Keep up the good work.
