So I dusted off this book.  I found it on my bookshelf, just sitting there as it has for years.  My copy was printed in 1991 and I probably didn't have it that long since I went veg in 1992, but I know I've had it over 10 years at least.  I've shoved it aside in favor of more glamorous books like Moosewood, Laurel's Kitchen and How It All Vegan.  I was flipping through it this weekend and it looks like there are some great and easy recipes to try.

Anyone remember this book or use it?
