i was surprised to find vegan cupcakes take over the world at my boyfriends moms house the other day.  she took it out of the library and is making one or two of the cupcakes in there for my boyfriends birthday today in addition to her AWESOME vegan chocolate cake.  YESSS!  i think shes planning on making the pinneapple upsidedown cupcakes and maybe a liquor inspired one.  i'm so excited! birthday party!  yay.
