Vegan cookbook?

Hi!

Can anyone recommend a vegan cookbook that is nicely illustrated? I ordered the book "A vegan taste of India", but was a little disappointed by the total lack of pictures.

"how it all vegan" by sarah kramer/tanya barnard is the effing bible. get it wherever, or from her site, govegan.net

Thanks.

I bought the somewhat newer "The Garden of Vegan". I've on flipped trough it, it seems good, but no pictures... The downside of ordering books on the net, I guess.

The Complete Vegetarian Cuisine by Rose Elliot
A good book with great pictures. The first 125 pages have a discussion of
Indredients, listed by 'family' (i.e. nuts, vegetable, sea vegetables,
grains....). This book has very nice pictures and is printed in Italy.
First editions was printed in 1988, New photos were added and it was
republished by Random House in 1996. ISBN 0-679-75896-8

i know! even though i don't have time or funds to make all the stuff, it is a great jumping off point and has lots of suggestions from which you can make your own variations. plus, includes glossary of non-vegan ingredients (those of which we are often not aware of, good for beginners) and household items, measuring charts... love love love those veganesses.
