I just bought Vegan with a Vengance today, and so I was wondering, do any of you suggest some of her tried and true recipes that you swear by? I've heard it's a really good book, and quite a few of the recipes look good, but I usually follow recipes from here and I usually choose those by reviews, so it would be most helpful for feedback.
