Anyone have this cookbook? I just borrowed it from the library and am looking for some recommended recipes. I'm curious if the recipes in the chapter, Unwild Food Recipes have been enjoyed by anyone here. These recipes are for basic vegan non-dairy cheeses, spreads, sauces and the like. This isn't the best time of year to experiment with this book, but there may be a few things I can forage for now.
