Connectikittens/Massholes/Albanians - When will I see you again?

Dear fellow vegans of the northeast,
When shall we meet again? It occurred to me that if there were enough interest, I could host a gathering/potluck right here at my apartment in Hartford. Since I am somewhat central to Massachusetts, CT, and NY. I have a large, luxurious kitchen with new appliances, a futon, a breakfast nook, and lots of floor space. Just a thought. Maybe after the holidays?

I'm going to be in Westchester (New Rochelle) from the 10th 'til at least the 27th (shoot me now). Is there a halfway mark anywhere we could go out for foods? It's closer than Albany at least... I think...
Next summer though we're gonna have a big-ass vegan barbecue at my new house (10 min from Albany). We'll have plenty of crash space too between the guest room, the family room, and the living room... plus all the floor space for sleeping bags and air mattresses... or the back yard if we wanted to camp out :P We'll have to make a weekend out of it or something.
I would like to come if there is a convenient bus from boston...

I have a friend in New Haven and a friend that lives on Long Island. I figure I'll make it all one trip. I don't actually know if I'll be going to L.I. or just meeting the friend that lives there somewhere else, but I've dubbed it the "New Haven/Long Island" trip.

Amara, the Mega Bus runs from Boston right to Hartford on a daily basis. I took it from Philly to NYC (to visit other vegwebbers!) and it was quite cheap and very nice. Check it out -- megabus dot com.
