northeast meetup

I'm going home to eastern PA for 2 weeks this summer and I would LOVE to meet up with some of yall, i know a bunch of you guys live up in the north east, so this will be my only chance for a while.
here are my options
1. we could have a potluck at my parents house in the lehigh valley (PA). they have a gorgeous back deck with a grill and.. its just nice and perfect for a partyyy.
2. i could meet yall in philly, new york or anywhere within a couple hours of the lehigh valley. i dont mind driving.
i'll be free from july 4th-9th

the lv is about an hour and a half south of nyc. its in between nyc and philly

Thanks!!! I actually have pretty big veg plans incorporated into the day. I am giving a speech during the ceremony (yes, during the ceremony, to ensure that I have everyone's undivided attention!) about the importance of healthy eating and the wonderful benefits of a plant-based diet. I'm also doing a green smoothie demo at the reception. The wedding party flowers are edible arrangements of kale, broccoli, etc...

There's this rediculous vegan dim-sum place that BP and I went to with the MA crew... it was incredible. I can't remember the name of it though.... I'll ask around.

I live in NYC now and OMG there are a ton of options!! Vegetarian Paradise has some amazing food... Babycakes bakery is there... but honestly its very surprising how many vegan options are in the NYC.
Kate's Joint has some really good comfort food style vegan food... like mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, etc.
Definitely wouldn't be a problem finding a place.
I love nyc right now. haha
