Come do Danbury CT to hang out with Cali, eat loads of great vegan foods, go on funky field trips to Trader Joes, camp out in the back yard (or living room!) and wake up to a fantastic vegan brunch. Or come as long as ya like.

Oh man, I just learned there was a picnic in NYC that I would love to attend on the 18th. But I can stay strong for BP's awesome foodz!!!
I've been trying to figure out if there's a way I can swing this, but I've got so much stuff going on right now I'm going to have to hold off 'til big-ass-BBQ in August.

I have decided on a Picnic theme for the 18th. And those staying over will get to enjoy theme #2 of Brunch on the 19th.

from ALB i know cams and i are coming. DR is unable to. LF will come unless another plan of hers gets worked out. LF says she will be making sweet potato fries if she comes. i'm kind of excited about those
we are bringing, among other things, crock cheeze. i think vegan table has a picnic menu i will have to look at.
I am going to provide Pasta Salad and Ribz done on the grill!
Brunch I plan on having scones and probably Tofu McVegan makings. Cus thats my fav.
i was looking at the brunch book and think we should try our hand at some OMLETS!!
i also plan on bringing my steamer and/or making some of the sausages to go along with breakfast. or other meatz that we desire. my steamer holds crazy amounts of things.
i think i'll make some mac'n'cheeze. we can toss stuff together at your house, right? i don't know how some things will travel. i'm not talking like hours of cooking, i'm thinking boil a pot of water and blend some stuff in the blender. also i'm out of raw cashews so i have to hit TJ's to make that. the recipe in vegan table is the current favorite. OMG SO GOOOD.
My kitchen is always open BP!!
I was thinking of hitting the farmers market the morning of the 18th and having a cooking competition ala Chopped. What do ya think? Any interest?
