Come do Danbury CT to hang out with Cali, eat loads of great vegan foods, go on funky field trips to Trader Joes, camp out in the back yard (or living room!) and wake up to a fantastic vegan brunch. Or come as long as ya like.

I've been trying to figure out if there's a way I can swing this, but I've got so much stuff going on right now I'm going to have to hold off 'til big-ass-BBQ in August.

I have decided on a Picnic theme for the 18th. And those staying over will get to enjoy theme #2 of Brunch on the 19th.
I am going to provide Pasta Salad and Ribz done on the grill!
Brunch I plan on having scones and probably Tofu McVegan makings. Cus thats my fav.

I was thinking of hitting the farmers market the morning of the 18th and having a cooking competition ala Chopped. What do ya think? Any interest?

I guess my being away on vacation did not help with the generation of interest in this. Or it just means I am not in a location people want to come to for potluck. Oh well.

The drive was about two hours from my house to RC's. Easy too. But lonely when no one to talk to. So others in the car is good!
I would love some potato salad. All mine seem to be lacking something. But I can make the best pasta salad ever. Thats what LB tells me anyways. hahah!
Dinner can be brunch foods if ya want or feel hungry for it! No limits. My kitchen is yours. :)
I was planning on coming to this, but one of my students' mother's just passed away. She was a very involved parent whom I got to know pretty well, and I'm going to go be supportive of the student and her family at the funeral service.
I hope you all have fun! Sorry it won't be a bigger party! We'll do another one in the fall, I hope!
