Western CT Potluck - October 4, 2008

Who would be interested in coming to my house for a potluck? Danbury CT is easily reachable via car off of I84, Metro North Train and even Amtrak.
The date is October 4th and anyone is welcome from 10am till 10pm (or later if prior arrangements have been made, like a pup tent!).
My kitchen is not huge but I have enough entertainment area that even if it rains we can still have quite a crowd.

Having just started classes, there's no way I can afford this in gas/tolls or time off of stuff :'(
I am still planning on a pre-tg-vegan-tg in November in Albany though if anyone is up this way.

That's a good point, though. Basically, a pre-arranged match up is the same prep work as a package exchange. Getting info about your person, etc..........soooo, that's kind of tough.

Heh... I get pretty bad motion sickness if I'm not driving, and also my belly can't handle long drives + food, hence the plan to go to my parents' house for the weekend which isn't terribly far from Danbury. (Cause driving from Albany and back, even being the driver, would mean I couldn't eat all day, which is lame). But I can't get away from the 5000 things I have to do in Albany for a weekend at that point in time anyway between work and now added stats study sessions and the cost of gas and things. so.. blah.. another time.

I'd come to a Thanksgiving shindig in Albany, but I can't come if it's the weekend before. That's when my marathon is. And that's when you all should come to Philly to watch. ^-^
