mix ingredients until sticky then a little bit of flour until the outside becomes a little dry, cover with saran wrap and a heavy towel or blanket let rise for a few hours once dough has risen roll it out and then stuff with calzone ingredients brush with a little melted Earths Balance and sprinkle some garlic powder on outside.

You can also fill an earthenware bowl with sauce and toppings, cover with the dough and bake. Then invert the bowl crust-down, remove bowl and serve. Be sure to grease the edge of the bowl so the crust comes off, and let it cool before you eat it.
