Favourite Bread Recipe

I've been really into baking bread for the past couple months, but have only found two really good recipes, both coming from La Dolce Vegan. I've tried one recipe on this site, but it hasn't quite lived up to my expectations. I was wondering if anyone had a favourite bread recipe from this site, one that actually turned out well? I'm willing to try any kind, so long as it looks, smells and tastes like bread (which isn't always the case :(). So if you've got a favourite, let me know!
Well, yes, I agree with Baypuppy re. the No-Knead Oven Raised Bread. But then I would, wouldn't I? It is, after all, my recipe! I've made it so many times I couldn't even begin to count. But hey, try it for yourself. You might like it. Here's the link:

Bread is so fun to make....you def. got to try adding herbs to bread rolls if you ever make em...it is SO freaking good...mMMM

We use the Outrageously Easy Big Bread on this site. We've tweaked the recipe and now make it a little differently, but it's how we started.

I LOVE the no knead oven raised bread. I've made it quite a few times now and my favorite way is with 100% whole wheat bread. I'm starting to experiment more with different grains/seeds. This recipe is so easy and tasty. I've stopped buying store bought bread and am going to start making this in big batches and freezing it so I always have some.
