Does anyone have the "faux gras" lentil-based recipe from Regal Vegan? ?

I love it, but it's horribly expensive, and yet I know it can't be hard to make. I have looked at 100 other lentil pate recipes online, but they are all different than this one. The Regal Vegan product has these 10 ingredients: Lentils, Onions, Walnuts, olive oil, Tamari, Mirin, Ume Plum vinegar, Miso paste, salt and pepper.  I would not even know where to start with measurements bc I am a new cook and not very good.

Thanks!!

How oniony is it? I'd start with  lentils and probably 1/2 as many onions (not sure there) and either the same or 1/2 as  many walnuts for the onions. This is confusing.. let me put it this way:

1 cup cooked lentils
1/2 cup onions
1/4 to 1/2 cup walnuts
1 or 2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon each of tamari, mirin, ume vinegar and miso. Adjust those according to taste to figure out what works.

Ume and miso are both really strong so you may not need much salt. To play it safe, you could start with less of those and work your way up. Remember you can always add flavor, but you can't take it out.

This is just an idea for a starting point sine I've never seen the recipe.
