Pumpkin Pie Mix ideas

Okay, google is not helping me much.

I need some recipes for things to make out of pumpkin pie filling (with sugar and spices already added).

I'd prefer something like muffins, bread, etc. No pie.

Any help will be awesome. I need to make something tomorrow!

I just bought a pumpkin this week, and was going to make this with it instead of squash because I've been dreaming about it ever since I made it a couple of weeks ago :) You can easily sub the sorghum flour for buckwheat, or any other type of flour, or grind rolled oats in a coffee grinder. I used with unrefined sugar instead of brown/white, and coconut oil instead of margarine.

It is SO GOOD! honestly... and if you can manage to let it bake, and then cool in the fridge for an hour or so, it's just phenomenal...
