soup too sweet

I made a pumpkin soup with prepared pumpkin puree that had sweetner in it.  now the curry pumpkin soup is too sweet.  anyone have ideas on how to tone it down?


ummm hmmm  try adding some canned tomatoes if possible or maybe some freshly squeezed lemon?

give it a shot and see maybe with a small amount  first so you don't wreck the  whole batch
