Super Bowl food?

What's everyone making for the Super Bowl? I'm having a hard time getting inspired. I want some finger food/appetizer stuff, but I don't dig stuff that's fried, so that eliminates a lot of the traditional ideas for me. Anyone have any healthy ideas besides raw veggies and hummus?  :-\

tempeh buffalo wings
chestnut pate
motherfucking BEAN DIP. Use baked chips or homemade pita chips or something along those lines if you don't want regular chips.

I just made zucchini sticks for dinner.  Yumtastic!

So cut your zucchinis into, you know, stick shapes.

In a shallow bowl, but some bread crumbs and some parma and some sesame seeds.  Season it with salt, and cayenne pepper and garlic powder.

In another shallow bowl, mix 1/2 C milk (you know) with 1/4 C flour or potato starch.

Dip your sticks into the milky flour, then coat in bread crumbs.  Put 'em on a baking sheet (I didn't even grease it!!) and bake at 400 until JUST BEFORE they smell like they're burning.  I wish I could tell you how long that was, but I wasn't paying attention.

Ooh, these sound great...did you dip them in something? I'm thinking marinara would be great with these!
