Vegan crabcakes!

I just made this recipe and it was farking delicious!!! I know some people miss seafood and it's kind of hard to get vegan versions... But this recipe nails it.  If you like the crabby taste, be sure to use nori.  I followed the recipe except I added Old Bay Seasoning to the panko coating, and I used wheat germ in place of some of the panko since I didn't quite have enough panko.  I think these would be good baked, too!  I was planning to do that but I ran short on time and fried them instead.  I served with a corn, tomato, cucumber, and avocado relish and roasted asparagus.  Yum! :winktongue:

I'll have to give that recipe a try sometime.

This is the recipe in Vegan Brunch. It rules. There are other recipes on this site but I haven't tried any of them
