vegetarian scallops

Does anybody have a recipe for Worthington Vegetable Scallops? I have a can and do not know what I should do with it. :-\ I am looking for a good cajun recipe ie garlic and cayenne pepper. Thanks :)

I've never heard of vegetarian scallops, but thats quite intersting! umm..If you can't find any vegetarian/vegan recipes for these veggie scallops, I would suggest finding a recipe using regular scallops and just alter it to fit your dietary choices!
:)hope you find something!

I've eaten them and liked them, but I just don't remember what I did with them at all!  None of the stores around me carry them, unfortunately, so I'm not getting another chance soon (I just hate to have heavy things shipped.)  Good luck!

That's wild. I've eaten all sort of meat analogues, but never had veggie scallops.

I found a recipe that uses them though....

SEA FREE SCALLOP CASSEROLE

2 c. finely chopped celery
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
5 oz. can water chestnuts
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can Worthington scallops
2 1/2 oz. slivered almonds
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips

In a large skillet, saute celery and mushrooms in oil. Stir in soy sauce, add soup, Worthington scallops, almonds, and drained chestnuts. Heat until bubbly 8 to 10 minutes. Top with crushed potato chips and serve immediately. Serves 6 to 8. Bake in 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
