What are we doing for ThanksLiving this year?

This is always a hot topic around this time, along with the difficult family scenarios... thankfully, at almost 3 years vegan my family doesn't give me crap cause it is just pointless since my bro, sis, and gma are pretty much on board too...

I think the whole sch-bang... hope it's legit it seems easy enough though i might double the wellingtons and maybe add some maple roasted brussels as well
I want to make a seitan roast or fake meatloaf of some kind. What do y'all recommend? I used to make the Thanksgiving MeatLoaf from this site a lot, but I want something more like a tofurkey (but not the tofu turkey from this site :P)
Have you tried BCG's Soy-Seitan roast? That's what we usually make.
I was looking at that and the one on VeganDad. I've not made either recipe.

A few Thanksgivings ago it seems like everyone was making the BCG one. It's pretty good. You need a kitchen aid and it gets a workout.

no plans on dessert, but it shouldn't be a problem 'cause i make sweets like i want diabetes.

*I* made: Roasted Roots (red potatoes, sweet potatoes, parsnips and onions with garlic and fresh rosemary) Aya's Bubblenut Skwersh-name courtesy of the 6 year old nephew ;D (baked with maple syrup and chinese 5 spice) Oranginger Carrots, Vegan stuffing, Banik, chocolate silk, apple, and pumpkin pies, pumpkin whoopies, and Hot mulled cider.

My menu changed. Now it is:
Salisbury seitan (RFD)
Mini mushroom seitan sausages (I played around with Isa's recipe that I posted earlier)
caramelized butternut chestnut roast (Vcon)
simple green beans
salad with pomegranate, caramelized pecans, sliced roasted brussels
Sunny corn muffins (Vwav) with fresh cranberries & lemon glaze
Pumpkin pie
Boston Cream Cake Pie (Vpits)
The boston cream pie smelt amazing when I was making it. I can't wait for 4 hours from now!
We had:
Seitan, cornbread, apple and roasted corn stuffing inside of a couple of yummy sweet pumpkins
Mashed potatoes
Cremini-garlic gravy
Roasted balsamic veggies
Steamed green beans
Seven spice cranberry sauce
Spinach, pear, avocado and pecan salad
Homemade whole wheat baguettes
Pumpkin cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and vanilla bean ice cream
The omnis had their turkey, gravy, pies, etc, present at our dinner as well, but it really does make me smile that my family gathering of 30-ish eats a Thanksgiving dinner that is probably 75% vegan without even realizing it, deep down in the heart of Texas.
It was definitely a non-vegan event, but here's the vegan plate. My sister had made vegan sweet potatoes as well that I ate later...she mashed up canned pineapple, sweet potatoes and added some molasses. I had Celebration loaf, mashed potatoes, stuffing made with veggie broth, corn relish, cnranberry relish, artichoke relish, carrots, and a tomato-broccoli thing. Very nice.
Most importantly I had a great time with my sister, her daughter and the kids. We played board games and laughed our asses off.
