What's for dinner?

I don't remember all that I eat every day, but dinner is the main cooking meal for me.
Last night we had green chile bean burritos with potatoes, peas, and cilantro and baked jalapeno poppers.
Tonight I plan on having Asian slaw, rice with green onions and sliced almonds, and cinnamon sugar bread.
none of your business, nosey!
It is such a struggle to put up with you people.
sorry for my outburst.
I just don't know, okay? I've been thinking about it for a few hours and nothing sounds good.
maybe pancakes.
I do not forgive you, and your pancakes will fail.
this is most likely true. I am a pancake failure. ***weeps quietly in the corner***
At least you have a thread to come back and talk about them.
I'm thinking leftover Mango BBQ Beans, some grain and bean salad w/ mango, and homemade rolls. Something quick and easy...'tis too damn hot to cook :p
It's cold and rainy today and I have a huge pumpkin in the pantry, so I'm thinking pumpkin soup and garlic bread.
Last night was black bean burritos with all the fixings. YUM.

hahahaha
I just made a killer black eyed pea curry.
Heli's African Beans. Deeelicious.
My pancakes weren't a failure! They were actually quite fluffy and delicious. But my sausage patties from VWAV were pretty gross. Not gross, but not what I expected I guess. We ate them, but I won't make them again. Ever.

Did you make the VWAV pancakes? Those are my fave. (or the VB..which I think are the same) I think I've made the sausage..somethings, but not patties.
The VWAV pancakes are MY favorites too. I liked the sausage patties okay (a little too much work, imo), but the tempeh sausage crumbles are amazing.
Sadly, no - I used bisquick for the pancakes - perhaps why they weren't a failure like usual. And I love the sausage crumbles from VWAV which is why I thought I'd like the patties, but they didn't taste the same - and they were crumbly and like sb said, way too much work for the end result.
Dinner tonight: teriyaki tempeh sandwiches, leftover bean-grain salad w/ mango and broccoli, onigiri. Mmmm. Japanese fusion!
I think I'm doing some type of simple pasta dish. maybe lentil pasta
Sloppy Toads, broccoli w/ cheeze sauce and salad (Sloppy Toads are what Andy calls Sloppy Joes - made with lentils)
I ended up making buffalo style portobellos, yellow rice with chickpeas, corn on the cob, and leftover Asian slaw
Corn & Veggie chowder with freshly baked whole wheat soda bread.
