My guess would be, if you're gonna wear a dress like that, and think you look great in it, then your friends are probably the type of people to wear stuff like that to, so yeah...

Ceiling Decoration Fail! My mom's friend just moved into a new apartment and noticed some interesting "swirls" on her ceiling.
