Bellingham?

I know people talk about Seattle when wondering about vegan places to eat, but I havent found anything about Bellingham (100 miles north of Seattle)
So does anyone know of any vegan places in Bellingham?

I was in Bellingham for a day to check out Fairhaven College at Western Washington University. Unfortunately I didn't really get to see the city though :( Someday...
