I'll be staying in Clearwater only for two days in February and my friends want to go out for dinner/drinks. Any vegan-friendly restaurants in the area?

idk if clearwater is near ft lauderdale (yes, im from florida but i dont know where anything is in relation to other places) but if it is, go to sublime!!!!

perhaps go into st. pete?  know tweety lives there and maybe storm? i think there is at least a raw vegan cafe.

Caribbean Cafe 4801 Central Avenue, St Petersburg (sandwich shop, their vegan cuban has seitan on it and I always have portabella mushroom on as well ask for no cheese)
Bunny Hop 1225 Cleveland Street Clearwater, FL (inside Natures food Patch deli and all you can eat bufet for lunch)
Natures finest 6651 Central Avenue, St Petersburg (health Food store)
Rollin Oats 2842 9th Avenue North, St Petersburg (health food store and cafe)

If you are willing to cross the bridge there is an Ethiopian restaurant in Tampa

There are also the normal chains and fast food places here as well.

Thanks for the suggestions. I hadn't considered St. Pete. Do you think it'd be less of a hassle than just driving to Tampa?

St Pete and Clearwater are on the same peninsula.  And Tampa traffic sucks. I avoid going to Tampa as much as possible.  St Pete is probably going to be closer to Tampa anyway.
