AC, I am so excited! My best friend and I went to Germany a few years ago and have been talking about doing a big backpacking type trip to Europe. This is the result! At first we had Prague as a city we were going to visit but ultimately decided that we needed to cut one city out of the trip so we could spend an extra day or two in all the cities and since Budapest and Prague were the furthest countries, we decided to cut one of them. We came to the conclusion that we wanted to do the less touristy city (Budapest) because I think that's more of our thing. And we're already doing Amsterdam and Berlin which are huge tourist cities. It'll be close to a 3 week trip, and my skin is crawling with excitement.
