If I'm not mistaken, we used to have a thread where we listed good veg*n eats at non-veg places, a kind of one-stop info thread for chain restaurants and the like. I've searched this forum and seen nothing like it, so if I'm starting a repeat, my apologies! I just wanted to start one up again because I think it's a good resource for people, especially when we're eating with omni's. :)

I'll start by once again singing the praises of Pei Wei. It's a cheaper offshoot of PF Chang but it's so much better, and they have several dishes that are veg if you just add tofu and vegetables rather than meat. They denote veg dishes on their menu with a little leaf to the side. I highly recommend the Soba Miso bowl with veggies and tofu, which I'm 95% sure is vegan (I can't think of how dairy or eggs would be in it).
