My husband used to eat a whole box of Cheez-Its in one sitting....I like the Eco-Planet Cheese Crackers, but he didn't think they were cheezy enough....might wanna try them though....my Whole Foods has them, or you can get them online...

Somewhere on one of these forums are 2 links to recipes for cheese crackers. I am supposed to be working now, but will try to find the links later and put them here. I haven't tried either, but its an option.

I don't know if this will work for your craving, but my bf and I loooove popcorn with nutritional yeast. It satisfies our cheesy needs.

I swear I had opiate withdrawals when I went of cheese/ dairy... at the worst of it, like 7-10 days in, I found myself frequently munching nutri yeast, straight from the jar! Weird, I know, but that cheese craving is a b**ch at first (it definitely gets easier with just a little time!). The best thing for me was this: http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=7126.0 -- Dragonfly's Bulk Dry Uncheese Mix. If you mix up 'queso' from this stuff, & dip Triscuits (or whatever crackers) in it, it tickles taste buds in a very similar way to cheesy crackers -- does for me anyway! Hope you find something soon that makes your taste buds happy, without the cow squeezin's... Let us know what works, in case the craving strikes others!

NO! you CAN'T even THINK about cheezits, or you're wrong, wrong, wrong!!! Cheezits are just part of the liberal capitalist socialist Nazi agenda!! I say DOWN with cheezits!

You forgot that cheez-its are just a tool of the military industrial complex to make you dependent on the Man for your cheezy fix!! If you eat them you will become an Imperialist Running-Dog and a lickspittle lackey for the reactionary forces of opression that are holding the Third World hostage!
(There ya go...that's 60's rhetoric in a nutshell.) :-D
