Vegetarians are less prone to heart disease
In my opinion off the top of head I would say vegetarians and vegans are less prone to heart attacks than heart disease. If I'm not mistaken there is a distinction, heart attacks can happen anytime due to stress eating habits etc etc, and heart attacks can also happen under the shadowing of heart disease.
I'm talking about the first one that vegans and vegetarians are less prone to.
Also with all due respect there is no such thing as a pescovegetarian, semivegetarian/flexitarian.
When people create these words it confuses everybody on what a vegan/vegetarian is.
If I'm not wrong there is a difference, strokes can occur anytime due to stress dietary habits etc etc, and strokes can also occur under the following their every move of cardiovascular disease.
