Fairly new to being vegan! 4 weeks in and loving it. Any advoce for a very active vegan?
If anyone has any tips or advice for being a very active vegan (running, yoga, dancing) I would greatly appreciate it! Or any good restaurants you know of in the Boston area.
Hi! Try posting in "Lean, Mean Vegan Machine" to find advice on how to be an active vegan. There are SO MANY vegan athlethes, so I know it's fairly easy to be super fit and vegan. Good luck!
