Baby Vegetarian

Hey ho everybody! I'm on day 5 as a vegetarian and so far, it's great! I've been trying to figure out for years, the cause of my nausea every time I ate and have recent discovered that meat is the culprit! Who knew that all meat could be so damaging to me? Growing up on a farm, it was always a big part of our diets but no more! I am determined to never eat meat again.  Might even give up dairy as I think that bothers me too. 


Any tips on how to make the transition stay? I've tried this before but with little luck.
