Missing Forum Posts
Hey All!
I just wanted to keep you all updated with our process over here. As you know, we were hacked pretty badly and we've spent the past few days cleaning up the site and fortifying it against future invasion. I'm so sorry for any troubles this caused you... I know it was beyond annoying to deal with, and you've all been amazing about it.
Luckily, all member private information remained uncompromised, and the site is back up and running well. So that's the very good news! The bad news is that we had to restore from a clean back-up of the site and that means that we lost forum posts from December 16-January 9. I know this is HUGELY inconvenient and pretty much awful, and we're doing everything within our power to get them back, especially all of the Cookbook Lab stuff and the reviews, we know how important and invaluable that is. We've got a team on it now and if it's possible to get it back without putting the site in danger, we will.
I just wanted you all to know what's going on over here. Thank you so much for your collective patience and understanding, VegWeb is pretty much the greatest and we want to keep it up and running smoothly for everyone to enjoy!

You have no idea how happy I was yesterday to discover my second home was open again. It felt like I'd been standing outside in the cold wind hammering on the door for days.

As you can tell, we're still dealing with some issues so they might continue to happen for a little but we're closing up all the gaps in our old code as we rush feverishly toward launching the new site in February (beta) and then March (THE WORLD!). Please sit tight, it's gonna be amazing! Thank you again for all being wonderful, and for your amazing patience!

Though I'm guessing all that was lost is indeed lost, any news on this front?
