Suggestion - reducing the number of threads (2006 forum format feedback)

To reduce the number of threads, I would like to suggest that all recipe reviews come under one single thread. I'm sure that further reductions would be possible too. Suggestions? Feedback, please......
The current number of threads doesn't bother me in the least.
I don't think there are too many threads either. If a thread gets too long, people won't go to the end to read the newest comment.
There are really not a LOT of active threads here. Most of the other message boards I visit have many more active threads.
When new posts happen here there is the nice NEW button which you can click upon to take you to the new posts. Nice and easy!

Thanks for the tip Cali! I was just thinking what the new board needed was a "skip to first unread post" button. Didn't think to click the "new" button. Problem solved!
