This is my first time attempting veganism. For the past two days I went cold turkey... Yes I'm taking vitamins, I do my research. :P None the less, I started tasting a metallic taste on my tongue just to later discover... My B-12 was low. :( So last night I bought B-12 vitamin and am taking it with my regular vitamins. Now the taste is gone and I enjoy my vegan dinners way more then I did!
Ah yes, that darn B-12. I try to get all of my vitamins from foods, but so far I haven't found any vegan foods that contain B-12 so I take a supplement. If anyone does know of some please share! :)
