Hi,

I'm a family farmer for our small, organic farm in northern California.  In the summer & early fall, I sun dry a lot of our delicious, organic fruit but I need a good dehydrator for the cooler months.  I would need at least 7 trays.  (I currently just have a shabby 4-tray dehydrator that I've put a lot of miles on.)  I heard Excalibur or even a knock-off like Cabela's would be great.

Do any of you know where I could look to find one used?  None in my area that I could find.
