Can Allergy Meds Make You Grumpy?

I'm on new allergy meds, Ebasteine (I think it would be in English). They are the kind you take one every 24 hrs. They don't knock me out and make me sleepy but I do find that I am grumpier than usual. Due to circs I take it at bedtime, and I do sleep well, but there's no fog or headlag the next day. Could it be the meds making me so cross?
I do recognise that it could be medically induced so I try to ignore it and curb the urge to snap at people or bang things around. Actively deciding not to give in to it seems to help.

If the meds contain both a decongestant and an antihistamine, it can indeed make you grumpy. Decongestants are stimulants and effect the mood of some more than others. They generally make one agitated and short tempered.

I don't know about the meds themselves, but allergy season makes me moody.  The constant dull ache in my sinuses tends to reduce my normal tolerance levels, especially if I get wheezy which makes me tired.  Albuterol definately makes me grouchy.
