These muffins have more (insoluble) fiber than any other muffin I've found, so they'll at least clean your body in one way...

I'm basically looking for an all bran, minimal flour muffin that will clean you out!

I haven't experimented with going lower on the flour in that recipe, but I may now. I use whole wheat pastry flour and water instead of soy milk. I think you can go lower on the sugar too. I love them, and they definitely have enough bran to clean you out.
