I am wondering what people do to help with heartburn, either be it home remedies or elimination of certain foods. I struggle with heartburn almost every day, but do not want to take any kind of pharmaceuticals. I do eat smaller meals throughout the day and that helps keep it at bay to some extent, but its still a big problem.
