Homemade Pasta for Vegans

I just got a pasta machine for my birthday. Nice idea, but all recipes call for eggs. Any good, tried and true recipes out there?

I think eggs is definitely the way to go anyway. There is no other way the using eggs in all of these recipes. It is such a better option for all.
