Just a quick question... I am wondering what brands you are using. I'm not finding any Hemp Milk here so it would be easier to suggest a brand to my local grocery store. What would be the best tasting. And is it true Hemp Milk has almost half of your daily calcium? that would be great.

While I'm here asking question I have one more.

I don't use margarine, and am wondering what else there is that tastes good in replace of butter.
For now I have just been using extra virgin olive oil and canola oil.
