I think I am going to buy a soymilk maker!

I am sick of spending $6.50 a week on soymilk and throwing away all of those empty Silk cartons! I am looking at this one:

What do you think, is it worth the money, or do any of you have any other suggestions?
Turns out that the one I was looking at in the link above isn't available yet, it doesn't come out until July 11, and if another cheaper one is just as good, why spend that money.
That Soyquick, do I just google "Soyquick" and it comes up?
Does the Soyquick get hot?
I found a website that compared 4 different ones and with the SoyaPower it said that it doesn't get as hot making it safer around young children. I found it on the internet for $129 with free shipping.
Does that sound good?

You only spend 6.50 a week on soymilk? Geez, I go through about 3 gallons a week (at least) and that cost me about 15.00 a week or more and that is getting the cheap store brand. I have 2 young children and they drink it like crazy, plus I make recipes with it, smoothies, cereal, etc. 3 gallons a week is actually a minimum estimate. I have been looking into getting a soymilk maker too, but all that I have seen only make a quart at a time. I would like one that would make at least 2 quarts at a time, because we use a lot of soymilk and I don't want to have to run the machine twice a day. Does anyone know of one that makes more than a quart at a time?
Hmm, sorry, I haven't seen one that makes more and I have been looking all around. This SoyPower one I am about to buy makes 6 cups at a time.
And I only drink a gallon of soymilk a week because I don't want to buy more than that so limit how much I drink. I would love to drink a glass of soymilk or two with dinner, but instead I drink a glass of water and a glass of soymilk instead.
There arn't that many out on the market yet. Maybe you could buy two and run them both at the same time?

I love it! Saves SOOOO much money. You only use about 2 tbsp of nuts to make 6 cups of milk. But it is a bit tricky to get the sweetner and everything just right. I am still getting used to it, but no more bulky Silk containers in the trash. And for $2.30 I got a container of soybeans that lasts for about 10 bactches of soymilk. Of course, almosnds would be more, they cost more. But still a heck of a lot cheper then the store bought almond milk. Actually, this weekend I was thinking of making Almond-oat milk for the first time.
do they make a mini size soymilk maker?
i think that would be really cool to have, but i couldnt see myself needing so much soymilk..
