Larabar

Thanks to everyone who mentioned how much they liked Larabars in an older granola bar thread.
I ordered every flavor online (the maya/jocalate ones too) and got them all today and we did a taste test tonight! I only tried 3 but MMM!!! We are so impressed!!!!
Cherry Pie was my FAV! (of the 3 we tried) I can't wait to get through ALL the bars so that I know which to order entire boxes of!!
RAW food rules!!!  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D

I was afraid that I had got in too late for Larabar samples but decided to try
to get me some freebies 8) as I had never tried these babies and everyone who had
tried them raved about their goodness. On July 24 , I sent the requested email to
Larabar and those great folks sent me a 4 bar sample box today, July 28. The one I
have tried , the Pecan Pie one is Yummers! 8)  I want to eat the others NOW but am
"trying" to be civilized  and space them out rather than binge and not truly savor them.  So anyone that hasn't received theirs, Hang in there!  They are proably in the
mail.
Thanks to Vebweb recipes  and everyone  here I am about 99% vegan just a few more bumps in the road.
This is my first post over here, usually don't have much to say......but this site and you guys are Great!

WF has them for 1.29.  Each and every kind that is made.  I was in heaven yesterday picking and choosing.

One problem, I went for the Jocolat coffee one and when I got home I realized I'd picked a chocolate orange... I'm not so sure I want to try it... anyone?!!?

Ooooh, Meggs, that sounds yummy.  Haven't tried it, but chocolate and orange together is delicious.

Hi Jessica.  Welcome to Vegweb!

I agree and I would like to try it; the peanut butter cookie Luna Bar is good. I have a preference for Lara Bars, though, so I hope that this one is good!

I love lara bars, but they're a bit too expensive for me.
I did get a lara bar type thingy from my boyfriend's mum for Xmas.....like this.  It was so so so good.  Mmmm.

I keep skipping on the Lemon Lara Bar
Anyone try that one yet?
It just seems like it would not taste good to me
My favorite one is the Cashew Cookie Lara Bar
Raw goodness but a bit pricey for me.

It's really not all that pricey if you look at it from a meal replacement perspective. Or even as a meal supplement perspective. Especially since it's raw and raw things are so darn expensive. I mean, if you're eating one every day, I suppose it's a bit lavish, but it's a nice occasional treat.
