All over Nashville. And back home in Oakland/Berkeley and SF. If you don't have almond milk nowadays, you're falling short.
Ha! Like we all have local coffee houses, and ones with vegan stuff!
Every coffeehouse carries soymilk these days. Most even carry an almond milk option now too. HA!
I live in Michigan and the coffee shops around here all carry soy milk. It's not like most of Michigan is very vegan friendly anyway (lots of hunters here). I am surprised more coffee shops don't carry soy milk in the areas you guys live in.
I can't stand starbucks.
Pretty much all cafes here have soy milk but you have to pay extra for it and the staff tend to be pretty shit at making good soy coffee .
None would ever have almond milk, as it costs a bajillion million dollars to buy.
That being said, I have only had 1 cafe coffee in the last 12 months, so I'm not exactly trying them all out!
There are a number of places with soymilk here, but they're generally the nicer cafes in the more affluent areas. L.A. county in general, not really.
But yeah, even when there is soy, it's not necessarily well-made. A lot of people don't know how to steam it well, or don't realize that it doesn't have to be crappy.
Man, all the local coffee shops here make killer soy lattes. SUX 4 Y'ALL
or maybe
you have low standards
I've had bad soy lattes.
But really, it's all about an Americano anyway.
It's too bad that some of the coffee shops offer soymilk and then don't know how to make a good latte with it. I only go to certain coffee shops because some of them don't know how to make a good latte with soy or the soymilk is not a good quality. I honestly think Silk doesn't taste good in a latte, it's too strong tasting.
