I just got finished making the most tasty peanut butter buttercream frosting to put on chocolate cupcakes. No sooner had I cleaned up had I noticed the Toffutti nutritional content (probably should have looked at this before, lol) and I was promptly horrified that not only are there trans fats in the Better than Cream Cheese, but that there are 2 grams per serving! I couldn't believe it. The only other product I am aware of in 2012 that still has such a horrendous amount of trans fats is Kraft Dinner Mac & Cheese EASY MAC for the microwave.

Needless to say I will now be using this product very rarely from now on...

I am kind of heartbroken right now. :(
