vegan alternative to "bikini zone" line?

does anyone have any suggestions for a vegan alternative to the bikini zone line?
that stuff works the best at keeping you from having bumps down there (the shave
gel and the after shave gel) but i'm fairly certain it is tested on animals.

i haven't used it lately, but the vegan stuff i'm using doesn't seem to work as well.

and i don't want any suggestions like, "go natural!" because i absolutely cannot do that!  if i have body hair anywhere, i end up plucking it out without even realizing it.  like, even  in front of people.  i could be talking, eating, watching tv... it doesn't matter... and i won't  realize i'm doing it unless someone points it out or if i look at my skin and think, "why is it so red and irritated?  ...and hairless only in this spot?!!"

imagine all of the awkward social events i could be having...

tend skin is great, not sure if it's vegan or not

You can find really nice shave gel and aftershave balm in "Bath and Body Works" that is not tested on animals according to a little pamphlet I got from PETA.

I use the man scents ones, "woodland" I believe and they do a great job of turning my nasty smelling kiwi fruit into sweet smelling plums!  ;)b

too hilarious!

(and judging from all of the other comments, it sounds like everyone else appreciated your comedy too!)

thank you.  neither of us mind smelling like a man, so maybe we'll check that stuff out.

Have you tried straight aloe vera gel - like right out of the plant?

I also like calendula homeopathic ointment. (The tabs have lactose, but the ointment is vegan.)  Be careful, because some brands inexplicably use beeswax.   ::)

no, actually, i've never tried either of those.  have you ever tried aloe vera in that area (if you don't mind my asking) & does it work well to keep you bump free?

and i've also never heard of any uses for calendula before.  heard of it, but not of what to do with it.

thank you for the suggestions!

i think i may have heard of that before.

i think i might have read it on a page where people were suggesting vegan alternatives for shave gel and it got great reviews... or that was something else with a similar name.  where do you get this?

Slightly OT...am I wierd because I prefer the woodsy smell of men's aftershave  or cologne for my own use, to the floral/musky range of women's perfumes? One of my faves is 3c's Otello, their idiotic commercials notwithstanding.
